Partners' responsibilities
AEON imaging partners provide the following services:
Local customers:
Identification of new local customers with a need for camera or image sensor characterization.
Selling ACC* devices to local customers who measure cameras frequently.
*ACC = AEON Camera Calibrator
Support for ACC's:
Installation support
Customer lifetime support service
Coordination of re-calibration (recommended q2yrs) at AEON’s laboratories in Germany (see AEON service provision).
Providing measurement service to local customers:
Special measurements that cannot be done locally may be referred to AEON (on one's own account)
Optional: Bi-annual recalibration of ACC devices locally
